24 SeceuroShield 38 Roller Shutters used to Secure Greenock Golf Club

Set above the town of Greenock, Whinhill Golf Club boasts a moorland course with panoramic views over the River Clyde. Part of Inverclyde Leisure, the golf club is owned by Inverclyde Council who were looking to secure the clubhouse out of hours and during times of closure. 

The council's architect, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), specified SWS UK's distributor Aardee Security Shutter Ltd and requested that they supply and install SeceuroShield 38 shutters across all 24 window openings. 

Opting for 240v electric operation, the golf club chose a powder-coated finish of Royal Blue, RAL5002 which provides a striking contrast against the building's white walls. Taking just one week to install the 24 shutters, the project was completed by Aardee Security Shutters Ltd in June 2021.
