Meet the Latest Additions to the SWS UK Team

SWS UK, based North West of England have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and providing their customers with a first class response during both the sales and after sales process. This, coupled with the fact that SWS UK remains to be a progressive and innovative company has aided the business in growing from strength to strength since its opening over 30 years ago.

As the business continues to grow, it has been necessary for the manufacturer to invest in a number of new employees. Some of the latest appointments include:

Rob Bond – Regional Sales Manager (Sectional Garage Doors)
SWS UK’s team of Regional Sales Managers have expanded with the addition of Rob Bond, a sectional garage door expert with over 30 years’ experience in the garage door industry. Rob joins the team equipped with extensive product knowledge in addition to a specialist acumen within the sectional door market. Managing the sales for their SeceuroGlide Sectional Doors, Rob works alongside their regional sales managers and customer service advisors to bring an unrivalled service to their customers.

Liam Withers – Customer Service Advisor
Liam joined SWS UK in early February and has proved himself to be a valuable member of the Customer Service team. With a background in hospitality, Liam boasts widespread experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment where managing large events, weddings and restaurants was part of his daily routine. Liam has been delighted to transfer his excellent customer-based skill set to his new role with SWS UK. 

Dave O’Flynn – Regional Sales Manager (South East)
SWS UK’s distributors located in the South East of the country are benefitting from the experience of their new Regional Sales Manager Dave O’Flynn. Dave, who joined SWS in June and lives in Southampton has 10 years’ experience in both housing development and banking and is delighted to be able to transfer his excellent customer care and construction skills to his new role with SWS UK.

Jade Colgan – Production Planner
Jane has been with SWS since April of this year and is thoroughly enjoying her busy role of Production Planner. With 10 years purchasing experience in the oil and gas industry, Jade appreciates the importance of excellent customer relations and attention to detail. As production planning is one of the company’s most central roles, Jade is in regular contact with both her colleagues and SWS UK’s distributors.

Justin Mercer – Technical Support
With an increasing number of exciting new products, as well as innovative developments to their existing range, SWS UK understands the importance of excellent technical support and have recruited Justin to assist their distributors with over-the-phone technical queries. Following rigorous training, Justin has an excellent understanding of both the technical construction and operation of their product range and enjoys guiding on-site installers should they experience any difficulties during set-up.

With the addition of their new members of staff, SWS UK are confident that they will continue to offer unrivalled customer service to their customers.
