After a successful launch of their online ordering system in 2018, SWS UK are planning to expand the platform even further over the next year.
To date, 973 SWS UK customers have registered to use the online system, and more than 12,000 quotes have been generated through the software.
The user-intuitive technology is popular with customers because it creates accurate and instant technical drawings, provides recommendations if a certain specification isn’t possible and enables installers to white-label instant quotes and drawings by using their own logo.
Throughout 2019, the manufacturer plans to add more than just their bespoke offerings to the online system, creating a one-stop shop for customers.
Customers will be able to track their orders, place fast-track orders and choose delivery methods that suit them.
In addition to the ordering capabilities of the tailor made software, customers can also request call backs. The average call back time is just 9 minutes and customers have requested a call back through the software around 6,000 times since the button went live in early 2018.
The online system complements the company’s capability to powder coat a significant portion of their range to any RAL colour and their two-week lead time on certain products.

“It really helps to improve the productivity of our customers and we’re excited to add more products this year.”
