The Original Roller Garage Door Celebrates 25 Years

2022 marks 25 years since SWS UK introduced a revolutionary new door to the garage door market. Celebrating its 25^th year, the SeceuroGlide Original, which has been awarded Secured by Design status continues to lead the way in quality design and pioneering garage door technology. Distributors will receive FREE accessories with every Original ordered in October*. Door installers will find branded sweet treats inside the door’s accessory boxes, and one lucky distributor will be able to toast the longevity of the Original with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The Original is now just one door under the SeceuroGlide brand. The progressive manufacturer has since developed a comprehensive range of roller and sectional garage doors, including other products which at the time, were also industry firsts. These include the SeceuroGlide Compact, which was introduced in 2001 and was the first low-headroom, insulated roller garage door, and the SeceuroGlide Excel, SWS UK’s most secure garage door, which was the first roller garage door to be tested and approved to the LPS 1175 burglary resistance standard.
